How it was
As a UI/UX designer at Proto, I am working with the CEO and CTO to deliver product requirements. Every week we will go through design spec, setting weekly and long-term goals. I had to work on a lot of products at once so I needed to quickly learn the logistics of each product.
The main products that I worked on
I worked across all the products both user-facing and company facing, these are the main features:
Chat: allow live agents to chat with customers in real-time
Track: tracking support tickets and managing in one place
Build: allow companies to customize chat interfaces and build quick responses
Conclusion
As the only designer on the team, I was required to fulfill multiple design duties which sharpened my multidisciplinary skills. I got to work with developers across the globe and that was a unique experience.
